- If a paper jam in the printer then immediately turn off your computer and then on again, usually the printer will automatically come out, but if the paper does not exit then turn off your printer out of paper back in the state of the printer is not working.

1. Open the Control Panel in Windows 7
2. Press the View Devices and Printers
3. Then you will point your printer to the network
4. Press the right button on your mouse and select Printer Properties
5. After the properties menu appears, select the menu sharing6. Check the Share this printer menus7. Share Name on the menu, please you replace with the name you want, because your names are written on the menu will mark priinter with a name that you write.
